This Payment Methods & Commercial Terms page applies to the Oceanvia website at https://oceanviasl.com, operated by Oceanvia SL (Spain) and Oceanvia LLC (USA) (together, “Oceanvia”).

1. Nature of Transactions

Oceanvia operates primarily as an international B2B wholesale trading company.

All transactions are conducted through:

• Commercial quotations

• Proforma invoices

• Final invoices

• Written agreements

The Website shopping cart is used solely for order requests and quotation purposes and does not constitute an automatic or binding purchase.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

Payments are accepted only after order confirmation and issuance of a proforma invoice or invoice.

Depending on the transaction and contracting entity, Oceanvia may accept the following payment methods:

• Bank wire transfer (international wire)

• ACH transfer (United States)

• SEPA transfer (European Union)

• Authorized payment links issued directly by Oceanvia (when applicable)

⚠ No online payments are processed directly through the Website checkout.

3. Contracting Entity

Payments are made to either:

• Oceanvia SL (Spain), or

• Oceanvia LLC (USA)

The correct entity, bank details, and currency will always be clearly indicated on the quotation, proforma invoice, or invoice.

4. Payment Timing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Orders are processed after payment confirmation, or

• According to agreed payment terms stated on the invoice (e.g., advance payment, partial payment, or other negotiated terms).

5. Currencies

Payments may be requested in currencies such as EUR or USD, depending on the transaction, destination, and contracting entity.

6. No Marketplace / No Third-Party Processing

Oceanvia does not operate as a marketplace and does not process payments on behalf of third parties. All payments are made directly to Oceanvia.

7. Compliance

Oceanvia complies with applicable KYC, AML, and international trade regulations. We may request additional documentation before confirming or accepting certain transactions.
